Delivery and returns
All orders are shipped in a sturdy paper tube or other suitable package for your order to keep your order safe all the way to you. Our calendars are wrapped in silk paper for extra protection.
We ship your order within 1-3 business days from your order.
Your order will be shipped with the option you choose at checkout, untracked post, tracked post or FedEX or DHL.

2-4 Weekdays
Shipping Denmark:
2-5 Weekdays
Shipping EU:
3-7 Weekdays
Shipping International:
5-18 Weekdays
For tracking, check the tracking number in your order confirmation mail.
Please note - we cannot take any responsibility for any delays by the postal service, however, we are always here to help.
Local taxes and duties at destination may be applied on orders placed from countries outside the EU, for which Yearcalendar cannot be held responsible. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Please track your order with your local shipping company. You will see your tracking no in your order confirmation.

Return Policy for Non-Claimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed at the delivery point or an incorrect address provided during checkout, the following conditions apply:

Re-shipping Fee:
Customers who wish to have their order resent will be responsible for an additional re-shipping fee to cover the cost of sending the package again. The fee amount will be communicated to you before re-shipment. -
Refund Option:
If you choose not to have the package resent, we can provide a refund for the product cost only. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We are not able to give free returns, If you wish to return a product you can first mail us and then ship it to:
